As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating customer reservations, ensuring accurate bookings, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also communicate with customers to confirm reservations, answer inquiries, and handle any issues that may arise. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for this role. #Qualifications Prior experience in a customer service or reservations role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proficiency in using reservation management software Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
